10 Frustrating Video Game Boss Battles You Forgot You Hated
3. Uncharted 2 - Lazarevic
Although he comes right at the end of one of the greatest games of all time, Lazaravic's sudden turn from angry army bloke into supernatural unstoppable force is one of Resident Evil proportions.
The preceding level where you're fighting off a few waves of randomly ultra-strong blue warriors from ancient history is already a stretch too, and for a game that was flying so high in narrative consistency until that point, it makes for one hell of a bum note to close out on.
Due to Uncharted's combat not being its strongest up-close, the way to take Lazaravic down is to create distance between the two of you, but all that amounts to is run n' gunning your way through a series of tunnels as you half blindly fire back at him, very slowly wearing him down.
It's a really naff showdown for what was already a two-bit forgettable villain, and although this might not rank up there with the difficulty spikes of other titles, everything about this fight felt completely off.
