There really is no need for explanations here. If you live on planet Earth, you've played Tetris. Anyone claiming otherwise should question why they're such a compulsive liar. It's really not becoming.

Alexey Pajitnov's block-shuffler wasn't originally designed for the Game Boy, but it became a cultural phenomenon slotted into Nintendo's portable. Including Tetris as a pack-in game with the handheld was a stroke of genius, and for a period in the early-'90s, it wasn't possible to ride any form of public transport without hearing 'Korobeniki' accompanying the sound of lines being cleared. The puzzler sold a stupendous 30 million copies, so chances are you already own one. A Game Boy collection without Tetris is like a shoe without laces, or a Daily Mail article without a racist comment: impossible.

He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
