10 Hardest Bosses Of The Decade (So Far)
3. Laxasia The Complete - Lies Of P
Neowiz Games and Round8 Studio's dark Pinocchio adaptation was praised for its performance, originality, visuals, and sound design. Lies of P also stood out for being astoundingly challenging, even by Soulslike standards.
And nothing exemplifies that fact more than Lasaxia The Complete. This monstrous puppet can deplete nearly all of P's health with a single stroke. Due to her propensity for follow-up attacks, one combo can turn the wooden hero into firewood.
She constantly scrapes her sword across the ground while charging, giving little indication when she's going to swing. Players need to keep their distance because of this and be ready to dodge or parry at all times. Lasaxia's thrusts and swings are so relentless, P will need to parry perfectly and repeatedly to last more than a few seconds.
In the second phase, Lasaxia drops her heavy armour, allowing her to move around at lightning speed. Speaking of lightning, the devilish automaton summons electric energy during this phase, which lock onto your position. Though P can return these bolts towards her, one slip-up will cost you greatly.
She's much harder to hit in Phase 2, since she can now take to the air. Worst of all, she can launch at you from a great height, which is difficult to prepare for, since the camera sometimes obscures her position.
