10 Most Harrowing Animal Encounters In Video Games
10. Caragors - Shadow of Mordor
Luckily most of these things are found in cages, but heaven help you if one springs out in the wild. Although theres plenty Talion can do to improve his interactions with these deadly wolf... things, their arrival tends to make the plans of mice, men and elven ghosts go awry. Whether youre trying to get some information from a wyrm, killing a captain in a certain way or just plain dont want to be eaten alive; these Caragors will show up just in time to ruin your day. Try attacking them and they'll bite your sword, leaving you with the only option of putting as many other tasty snacks between you and it as possible before wilding shooting vaguely towards its face. And on a less important note, why are they called Caragors in the first place? Surely they're called wargs? That's what literally every other entry in the franchise called those giant killer wolves. It just doesn't feel right to hear an orc call out about a "Caragor attack" rather then a warg. Caragors, annoying to fight and even to hear about.
Having just graduated from Northumbria Uni, I've been looking for the chance to get into the games media. Having always loved games, its been somewhat of a dream to get to talk about them for a living. Mainly because my friends have stopped listening.
