10 Incredible Star Wars Video Games That Desperately Deserve Sequels

4. TIE Fighter

Out of all the games on this list none have been more formative in the evolution of Star Wars space games like TIE Fighter. Taking place in between Episodes V and VI, the game gave players the chance to equip themselves with the Empire's foremost starfighters - including both the classic TIE Fighter and models such as the Interceptor and Bomber too. Given their visual makeover in The Force Awakens, a new TIE game couldn't be more appropriate. Everyone loves playing as the bad guys every once in a while, and it would offer a great alternative to the usual protagonists players have gotten to grips with over the many Star Wars releases over the years. Flying around in the galaxy far, far away has always been a dream for players, so when they were given the chance to with the original X-Wing and TIE series, they went suitably bananas. Something that could invoke the same sense of excitement and wonder as these games did all those years ago would be a welcome treat for fans old and new, but putting them in a TIE Fighter is the only way to do it.
