7. Football Manager 2005 China

It would have to be something extra special in order to get a straight forward, mainly text based football (soccer) management sim banned in any country in the world. These simulations can easily be ranked as the least offensive gaming titles in existence, unless they have programmed Nicklas Bendtner to automatically be in Arsenal's starting line-up. Just a little football (soccer) based humour there for any fans reading. Football Manager 2005 managed to suffer the wrath of the Chinese authorities when the developers made the tiny mistake of recognising Tibet as an independent country thus resulting in a ban across the country. Rather than open up that can of worms again the developers decided to edit their mistake and the title was approved by the Chinese government to be sold in the country much to the delight of gamers dreaming of becoming successful footballing dictators.
