Tetris dominated the Game Boy era, the likes of Bejeweled and Columns gathered plenty of fans too, and now Candy Crush Saga is tearing up the mobile download charts. If there's one genre that does well on smartphones it's puzzle games, and Dr. Mario boasts enough addictive gameplay to make Nintendo some serious cash. Plus, Dr. Mario has appeared - in some form at least - on every Nintendo home console and most portables, so there€™s every chance it€™ll get a mobile release. If Nintendo is looking for an existing title that requires little to no modification before it gets ported to mobiles, it could do a lot worse than Dr. Mario.
