If even a handful of the suggestions made here had already been acted upon, there'd be one less entry adorning this list. But they haven't, so we must continue to bemoan the fact that Pokémon's guardian has little interest in listening to or even interacting with the people who helped lift it to where it stands today. 

At what level of the food chain the disconnect exists isn't entirely clear, but it's a reasonable assumption to make that, as with any institution that continues to rake in money hand over fist without fail, it sees little reason to listen to disquiet while coffers continue to fill up.

Pocket Pair has already outlined some of its plans for future Palworld updates. Game Freak doesn't have to follow suit identically, but when it comes to hot topics like Dexit and Scarlet and Violet's performance issues, taking account of constructive criticisms for both and addressing them head-on instead of sticking its head in the sand in the hopes that everything will blow over only serves to foster even more resentment.
