In an era where gamers can download fully-fledged titles at the click of a button, visiting a local newsagent to buy a copy of Official PlayStation Magazine just for the demo disc seems like something even a caveman would scoff at. It was hard to argue with paying a few quid to get a sneak-peek at highly anticipated games such as Tomb Raider III and Final Fantasy VIII.
