Snom is an adorable snow worm Pokémon, but it's likely you never bothered trying to evolve it. When you put the time into caring for it very much, it will evolve into Frosmoth during the nighttime upon levelling up at maximum happiness. You'll be glad you did.

Frosmoth is incredibly bulky thanks to its Ice Scales ability that reduces special damage taken by half. It's not all that quick, so you'll probably want to EV train it in speed as well as special attack, but bumping its special attack allows it to make use of a rather brutal move combination.
