10 Most Incredible Vocal Tracks In Silent Hill History

3. Room Of Angel - Silent Hill 4: The Room

The 21st track on Silent Hill 4's soundtrack that plays during a start menu sequence when the screen is idle. A purely instrumental version plays during the opening credits as well as during the death of an important character.

"Room of Angel" remains specific to this game with the lyrics seeming to speak from two people's perspectives: the game's antagonist Walter Sullivan and Cynthia Velasquez.

The lyrics spoken appear to refer to Walter's parents and the Room itself (Room 302).

That being said, despite the soft, spoken vocals there is noticeably venom behind the words, making this song eerily passive aggressive:

"Here's a Lullaby to close your eyes, It was always you that I despised."
