10 New Video Games You NEED To Be Playing (But Aren't)
7. Fast Fusion
If you're able to pull yourself away from Mario Kart World for a hot minute, you might realise that the Nintendo Switch 2 has another awesome racing game at launch - and one that costs just a fraction of the price, too.
Fast Fusion is the follow-up to Fast RMX, which was itself a launch title for the original Switch, and offers up another glorious dose of face-melting, mile-a-second futuristic racing thrills in the vein of F-Zero and Wipeout.
First and foremost, this is one hell of a pretty game and honestly one of the most impressive showcases for the Switch 2's technical capabilities so far.
Sure, it may basically be more of the tried-and-true gameplay the series is known for, but it's an accordingly budget-priced title exclusive to the eShop, and there certainly are a few inspired additions, such as the new jumping mechanic.
If you've had your fill of Mario Kart World for now, Fast Fusion is one heck of an adrenalised thrill-ride to follow up with.
