The Hitman series is no stranger to silly weapons that pack a lot of punch. The classic example of this is the rubber duckies that keep appearing in different Hitman titles as weapons and explosives.

However, what might come off as a shock to some of the series' fans is that the most powerful weapon in the game is also a joke weapon. More precisely, a cardboard tube!

Yes, in Hitman: Contracts, the player can acquire a generic cardboard tube that is secretly strong enough to instantly kill enemies and even send them flying across the map!

The reason why not every single Contracts player is aware of its existence is because the tube is an Easter egg that requires the player to type “IOIPENNY” in-game in order to obtain it.

It makes sense, seeing as the paper tube is strong enough to let the player kill everyone on the map with little to no resistance. Still, if you don’t care about balance that much, ragdolling enemies all over the place with a small piece of cardboard is easily the most fun you can have in the game.
