10 Perfect Gaming Remakes That Easily Beat The Originals
9. The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time 3D
When Nintendo first launched the 3DS, it struggled for sales due to an unimaginative and dull launch line-up (when a port of Street Fighter IV is the stand out game, you know something's gone wrong). It desperately needed an injection of Nintendo Magic and luckily, with a rich back catalogue full of great games, Nintendo had plenty of options. The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time is often regarded as one of the best games ever made; the sheer scale of Link's adventure, combined with a phenomenal soundtrack and a variety of clever bosses and dungeons to explore makes it near unbeatable. The game was beginning to show its age though (not that that really matters, of course) so Nintendo decided to give it a fresh update while also helping their ailing portable console find its feet. Ocarina Of Time 3D looks great, for starters. With the 3D effect turned up (and your health at risk, if you believe the tabloids), it really does look like a whole new adventure and it just shows how good Nintendo's designers really are. The game doesn't really add much content (it includes the Master Quest version of the game which redesigns the dungeons to make them harder) but does it have to? This is the best version of one of the best games ever made; a must play if you've never touched a Zelda game before (you poor thing).
I have an addiction to achievements, a craving for new bands and a dream to become Captain America. I once finished second in a Mario Kart 7 tournament so I'm kind of a big deal.
