10 Reasons Battlefield 5 Is Actually Great
5. Classes Actually Matter
You wouldn’t be alone if you were to choose your class depending on the weapons that come along with it; with the medic class for its snappy SMGs or the Support for their robust LMGs. However, Battlefield V allows your class to become an integral part of how you play.
Ammo is relatively scarce so as a Support, with the swift tap of a button you are passing out the much needed extra bullets to your comrades – and you are noticeable better with a hammer and sandbag as you quickly fortify defence points.
Picking an Assault class can leave you as a team’s only true defence against an imposing tank; Medic does the obvious but with the added bonus of speed over your squad mates as you toss out some handy med packs; then the Recon allows for spawn points, spotting flares and the ever-so-handy AP mines.
With an easily accessed call out for your combat-related needs, each of the classes can play off one and other - if they aren't just there for a go on the Type 2A or Grease Gun.
