10 Secret Video Game Bosses That Punish You For Being A Jerk
2. Snorlax - Pokemon Red and Blue

In Pokemon Fire Red, it's pretty much impossible to walk past a patch of tall grass without some creature bothering you.
The titular pocket monsters love to waste your time with random encounters, but this said, there is one exception to the rule—Snorlax.
This lazy, gentle giant does not appear in any caves or forests, instead preferring to snooze in front of entrances to new areas.
Snorlax is such a heavy sleeper that the only way to wake it up is to use a special Poke Flute that you get from Mr. Fuji for defeating Team Rocket.
You have to wake up at least one Snorlax in the game in order to progress, but if you think your rude interruption of its beauty sleep will go unpunished, you have another thing coming.
Despite not being a legendary Pokemon, Snorlax is secretly powerful enough to act as a secret boss.
Its attacks can deal a ton of physical damage, and it can be incredibly difficult to harm it back, as thanks to its sleep abilities, it can instantly restore all of its lost health.
If you get into a fight with one and then try waking up another, you have only yourself to blame for the carnage.
