7. Fawful
Despite Bowser being the biggest baddie of the Mario universe, thereve been a huge number of other villains our tubby plumber has trounced over the years, and few were quite as memorable as Fawful, the utterly bonkers sidekick to the evil Cackletta in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. He completely stole the show every time he was onscreen thanks to his unique way of delivering smack-talk. A game where you play as Fawful when he was just a lowly minion and help him climb the ranks could easily be the funniest game Nintendo has ever made, and theres a lot of different gameplay possibilities. It could be a Paper Mario-style RPG, or even an open-world game where you float up to bears in the wilderness and insult their lesser intelligence before blasting them in the face with your Fawfulaser-gun, or your Rocket Fawuncher.
