10 Star Wars Games EA Must Make After Jedi: Fallen Order
2. Republic Commando 2
One main issue with reviving a lot of these games is that you run into the issue of having to either soft reboot them or jump some hefty narrative hurdles because they take place in the old continuity.
But there are two games that do not have this problem, and can continue on as normal without any issue. The first of those - of course - being Star Wars Republic Commando. For those of you unaware, this game takes place during the Clone Wars, and centers around an elite group of clones, whom you have to guide strategically as their new commander.
It was a great FPS for the time, but it was its strategy elements that made it stick out among the crowd. Each team member has a defined role and you had to apply them in the most effective way possible in each firefight you get into. Barring the cliffhanger ending of the original, this system is begging for an expansion via sequel.
In fact, there is only one game series that deserves a sequel more than Republic Commando.
