7. James Arnold Tayior - Ratchet & Clank, Spider-Man 2, Star Wars

You should all be scratching your heads trying to think where you’ve read this chap’s name before right now. Think a galaxy far, far away and you realise James Arnold Taylor has provided the voice for Obi-Wan Kenobi since 2003 with a few substitutes in his place on maybe one or two occasions – see you knew that didn’t you!

What you may not know is that James Arnold Taylor has appeared in nearly 100 video games including: Final Fantasy X (Tidus), Spider-Man 2 (Mysterio), Ratchet and Clank (Ratchet post first game), Tales of Symphonia (Lord Yggdrasill) and Infinite Crisis (Nightmare Robin).

He may cling a little to the whole Star Wars/Ratchet & Clank thing these days, but he still turns up all over the place. Perhaps the closest voice over to his real tones is Ratchet and that’ll give you a good base to work with in order to spot him elsewhere.
