4. Mario
Mario has been seen participating in almost every activity imaginable, from go-kart racing to tennis, but there is one thing he has yet to cross off his list: shooting a gun. Now, I'm not necessarily saying Nintendo should make a first person shooter featuring Mario and friends. While that would be wonderful, I'd be willing to settle for the introduction of guns in Mario Kart. For those who've played Mario Kart on the Wii, how may times have you lost in frustrating fashion, seemingly out of nowhere? The game is more or less set up for those sorts of losses to occur, and few fans
are fans. But if Mario and co. were equipped with more than just shells, the chaos that would ensue would be hard not to take pleasure in. I mean, drive-bys in Mario Kart? Who would turn that down?
