8. Gran Turismo
Gran Turismo doesn't have a story. All you do is drive cars. It is a racing game and all it will ever be is a racing game. You cannot milk a movie out of it, because no one wants you to milk a movie out of it. The fans of Gran Turismo want to play Gran Turismo. They don't want a half-baked movie featuring characters that have no relation to the actual game.
It'll most likely be something to look at. It'll have decent driving scenes and probably some action akin to the Fast and the Furious franchise. But it won't have the backbone on which to support all that. It'll be a mess for the fans, and a discount Fast and the Furious movie for everyone else.
