10 Video Game Bosses That Were (Almost) Too Hilarious To Kill
7. Titanic Toddler: Zombies Ate My Neighbours
Continuing the theme of games with a distinctly tongue-in-cheek vibe, here comes the ever-silly Zombies Ate My Neighbors.
This LucasArts run and gun title was originally released for the SNES in 1993, arriving on the Sega Mega Drive a few months later. In this cult classic, our heroes Julie and Zeke must fight back against hordes of zombies attacking their neighbourhood.
Each level is a race to rescue neighbours from the clutches of these funny fiends, and it’s a riot throughout.
The boss of the first level sets the ridiculous tone nicely: a gigantic, hideous baby, which is surprisingly fast and can trample the player in a heartbeat if they aren’t wary of its movements.
You just haven’t lived until you’ve seen this great beast spraying its milk bottle like a projectile weapon.
