Summarising his laundry list of crimes is almost impossible, but the Arkhamverse Joker works his way into every aspect of the plot, even after his death. He is undeniably a homicidal maniac, and that's sort of a textbook reason to not want to work for someone. Despite this unhinged state, he's also a viciously calculating strategist to boot, managing to overthrow Black Mask and take over his criminal organisation single-handedly, whip up a host of villains in a feeding frenzy for Batman and still be the most unpredictable person in the room.
