10 Video Game Cheats NOBODY Used
6. The Invincibility Code - Battlefield 1942
First off, this cheat was only accessible in the single-player mode of Battlefield 1942, a game which was built almost exclusivley for online multiplayer.
Still though, every now and then it may be more fun to play against the AI, especially when all the game's best players are clogging the servers, making it a hell of a lot more demanding. Sometimes as well, maybe the connection just isn't that good some days.
Sure it may be fun to act like a one man army, and put the team on one's back, but at what cost?
This cheat enabled that fantasy of being totally indestructible, but it came at the price of drastically reducing the number of bots on the player's team, meaning that not only is the game already tilted in favor of the opposition, but it also means that even with invincibility, you're still more likely to lose, given how much of the game relied on controlling an immense map.
As fun and enticing as going Rambo in World War II sounds, it isn't quite as fun when that option seemingly always results in a loss.
