10 Video Game Moments That Made You Cry Like A Baby

3. Walking Dead Season 1 - Leaving Lee Behind

Some would most likely put the shooting of small boy Duck here instead, and although that scene is very powerful both in the action of having to kill a boy to prevent him from turning, and the emotions involved, it's this final act of sacrifice that ends up shaping Clementine's character overall. In season one you'd only played as Lee Everett; the escaped convict-turned-loving father-figure to a rescued Clementine, who herself was incredibly cute and wanted to help out as much as possible in surviving the zombie apocalypse. The two of you form a bond throughout the game's five episodes, this being a release schedule that meant we got new instalments within a couple of months of each other, serving to delve into the characters more in between each one. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yBD7Ir04Sis Lee had taught Clem that her hair needed to be kept short to avoid it being grabbed, and even how to shoot a gun in self-defence through a great scene aboard a moving truck. In the end though Lee's bite eventually overcomes him, and after chaining himself to a radiator to avoid causing Clem harm, she's forced to continue without him, as the scene plays out and Lee passes away. There are options that you can carry with you in terms of what happens to Lee - either shooting him, or leaving him to turn - but overall in this final scene Lee has to die, and Clem must carry on alone.
