10 Video Game Rewards For Absolutely Terrible Things
2. Devil - Fallout 3
The karma system is pretty much synonymous with the Fallout series. Every game in the series, apart from Fallout 4, takes notice of each good or evil action the player takes and then grants them the appropriate karma points for it. Then, depending on how your karma score looks, the game will either reward you or punish you in certain situations.
Fallout 3 goes even further with this, however, by giving those who are especially committed to their acts of kindness or villainy a series of unique achievements. And yes, even the greatest scum of the wasteland are invited to the party.
Every five or so levels, the true goody-two-shoes and evildoers of Fallout 3 receive achievements commemorating their milestones on their respective paths. The most dedicated of bad karma players, who maintained their negative karma all the way to level 30, are granted the title of "Devil."
That means a lot of stealing, murdering, and rampaging throughout the wasteland, pretty much all the way to the end of the game. It's a true testament to what kind of evil bastard your character is.
