Hollow Knight's difficulty level is a well-known fact within the gaming community. It's oftentimes described as 2D Dark Souls, due to its absolutely ruthless boss fights and tricky level design.

This said, the most difficult thing you can possibly do in the game is a mission called "Delicate Flower." It requires you to deliver the titular Delicate Flower to the grave of a dead woman.

It may not look so bad at first glance, but the delivery comes with a catch. You obtain the flower on one edge of the map, and you have to deliver it to the other without relying on any methods of fast travel.

Considering that the map is divided into several sections with obstacles, monsters, and treacherous dead ends, the task is a really big undertaking. Not to mention, you'll probably need to explore some parts of the map beforehand in order to unlock passages to the other side.
