The world of Cyberpunk 2077 has plenty of futuristic weapons for you to play with. One of them is even sentient.

Called Skippy, the gun comes with a custom AI that allows it to talk, have unique personalities, and even help you with aiming. It's an incredibly powerful weapon as it's capable of landing automatic headshots on your enemies, but let's be honest, even without this ability, Skippy's charms and quips are already a good enough reason to keep him in your inventory.

However, Skippy does have one peculiar issue: at some point, he'll start asking you to return him to his original owner. He can be very persistent about it, to the point where if you don't listen to his plea, he might stop talking to you forever.

At that point, you might feel like giving him back to his owner is the right thing to do. But, to put it simply, it isn't. His owner, Regina Jones, will only reward you with a handful of eddies for doing the right thing, and then, to add insult to injury, she will wipe Skippy's personality right in front of you, essentially killing your fun bullet-shaped companion.
