10 Video Game Villains That Made The Biggest Impact In The Smallest Time
5. Cyborg Ninja - Metal Gear Solid

Time On Screen: Approx 12 mins
Sometimes all it takes is an immaculate character design. Just as Boba Fett.
Because while Grey Fox had been in Metal Gear canon earlier in his more human form, fighting Solid Snake as one of Big Boss' followers, the reveal in Metal Gear Solid that a freakin' Cyborg Ninja was Grey Fox resurrected, was just brilliant.
However, actual visuals of Fox are kept to a minimum.
You hear about a ninja somewhere in the compound early on, witness the terrifying image of a corridor of soldiers cut to ribbons by "some type of blade", have a brilliant one-on-one fight involving stealth camouflage and hand-to-hand badassery, and then he's gone until the VERY end of the game.
Here we get a phenomenal scene where Grey Fox reveals he's your companion Naomi's brother, before destroying Metal Gear REX's radar dish so you can finish off Liquid Snake with a rocket launcher.
Oh, and his dying words?
"A cornered fox is more dangerous than a jackal."
Does entertainment get better than this?
