10 Video Game Villains Who Sneakily Dropped Hints About Their Big Reveal
1. Big Smoke - Grand Theft Auto San Andreas
Big Smoke from Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is known for three things: his massive food order, his love for following trains, and his betrayal of CJ and the Grove Street crew.
Serving as the main antagonist of the second half of the story, despite working closely with CJ in the first few missions on Grove Street, even at the beginning, that upcoming treachery was already being flagged. You just had to take the time to notice it.
There's something fishy about Big Smoke from the moment you play the game. The first glaring sign is that, unlike all the other gang members, Big Smoke has moved out of his home on Grove Street and settled in Idlewood, aka the territory of the rival Ballas gang.
Another hint is that Big Smoke refuses to participate in drive-by shootings of Ballas gangsters, despite being completely fine with killing people otherwise.
It's clear he has ties to the enemy, and although most of the people in the story would blame his behavior on laziness or a lack of foresight, a perceptive player can be a little smarter and know the rat when they see them.
