8. Cuphead
The developers again have stated that they have the intention to bring Cuphead and Mugman back, and we certainly want to see it. StudioMDHR created a masterpiece in Cuphead, and seeing a full outing from the two return to the video game world would be highly welcomed by fans.
There genuinely are no other games like it; the art style is so specific and fun that no other title can replicate it and feel authentic. We are lucky that the developers want to bring Cuphead and Mugman back, and we see DLC in the form of The Delicious Last Course. But an entirely new full-length game would have the same opportunity to light the gaming world on fire as it did last time.
Thankfully it seems that unlike many other items in this list, we will see a return from this franchise, but it's likely to be a rather long wait.
