10 Video Games Transformations That Will Make You Sick

5. Resident Evil 6 - Shapeshifting Simmons

Whilst it's definitely the black sheep of the numbered Resident Evil games, 6 does have the occasional moment to remember. The Ustanak fight is one of them, with the other being main antagonist Derek Simmons' over-the-top boss battles.

Resident Evil has always been about the body horror, from Birkin in the second game, Saddler and Krauser in number four and even Wesker in five with Orouboros. So whilst it wouldn't be surprising at all if it happened in RE6, even this was a sickening transformation.

The crowning moment is Simmons' face splitting into several pieces, but the fun doesn't stop there. Like an emo kid who grew up listening to nu metal, Simmons' goes through a few phases along the way.

There's rotting sabretooth beast form, dangly headed monster form, flayed Tyrannosaurus Rex form... and you'd think that'd be enough. Alas no, someone at Capcom thought "improving on RE5" meant one more gross psyche-out of a boss transformation to end on.

Not content with a T-Rex form, Resident Evil 6 has Simmons go full screen-filling, insectoid limb'd monstrosity for one final battle. Eww.
