10 Ways Call Of Duty Blackout Is Better Than Fortnite
5. Treyarch Are Listening
The BETA for Black Ops' battle royale mode launched in early September on all platforms, albeit at different times for each system. The mode was fairly well received overall but there was also plenty of criticism, both constructive and not quite so.
That's hardly anything new, but the good news is: Treyarch is listening and responding.
Treyarch's staff has been deep in forums and comment sections, taking feedback from across the board, responding, and pivoting. For a look at how this has been working, check out this Reddit post from the developer, regarding the changes made and coming.
The constant changes and willingness to call audibles is admirable for a company the size of Activision. With games like this, consumer experience is absolutely everything and Treyarch understands this. As such, the BETA has greatly helped shape the game that will ship, and Treyarch will continue to update the game in the coming months. So let your likes and dislikes be known when Black Ops IIII launches on October 12.
