I've had a ship full of treasure disappear, leave all those chests floating in the sea (which I couldn't fast-travel with or transport). I was glitch-teleported to the bottom of the ocean where I then almost drowned reaching the surface.

Ships regularly take flight, treasure chests and skulls can occasionally be traded with no money triggering in return, interactions with parts of the world will leave players unable to resume gameplay - there's a TON of things that get right in the way of gameplay.

Even if Rare are going to try and convince us that Sea of Thieves is nothing more than a fun, happy pirate sim, what IS here should be as smooth as all that water they clearly spent time perfecting.
