10 Worst Pokémon Video Games Ever
9. Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Red & Blue – Game Boy Advance/ DS
Sure, everyone wanted a game that actually allowed you to play as a Pokémon and explore their natural habitat in a beat ‘em up, RPG style, and it’s such a shame no one explained that to the Pokémon Company.
You start off as a human that gets transformed into a Pokémon based on a stupid personality test that always gave you Charmander (the weakest starter this time around). Then you’re thrust into a rogue-like dungeon full of other Pokémon that want to smash you into pieces using turn based movement and attack strategies with bugger all explanation of what’s going on.
Who decided this would be the next step in Pokémon's rich history? We wanted an open world, survival adventure that let us play as a badass Pikachu looking for his place in the universe, not a turn based Final Fantasy rip off centering around saving the world from natural disasters that turn out not to be natural at all.
