Sun Yi is the son who never got to Sun. Yes, he was Sun Jian's third son. Sun Jian set the groundwork for creating a southern dynasty, and then his eldest boy, Sun Ce – known as the 'Little Conqueror', laid the foundation for creating the Kingdom of Wu. Then Sun Jian's second child, Sun Quan, took over the dynasty and eventually created the Wu Empire.
