12 Most Anticipated Nintendo Switch Games - Ranked
4. Splatoon 2
Nintendo's little child-friendly shooter has been slowly building steam, the original garnering quite the dedicated fan following with equal pools saying Pro Controllers or motion controls are the way to go.
Regardless, gameplay in Splatoon involves a great mix of tagging as much of the environment as possible - thereby restricting your enemy's movements - and utilising your 'squid form' to swim through your own team's colours, flanking opponents and disappearing to get the drop on them.
Its gorgeous art style already invited a ton of people in, the only problem was the limited reach of the Wii U. With the Switch selling record numbers and people looking for a drop-in/drop-out shooter with tons of charm and plenty of depth, this looks set to write history come July 2017.
