To be fair, he more than lives down to his reputation. Embodying various game design sins mentioned earlier in the article, from swarming the arena with goons to laughably poor character design (the Joker should never look like the Hulk), it's easy to see why Mistah J has occupied so many of "gaming's worst..." lists.
Yet in terms of true disappointment, Joker pales next to the final three entrants on the list due to the simple fact he only had one game's worth of build-up to vomit over.
