14 Ubisoft Video Games - Ranked From Worst To Best

10. Rainbow Six: Vegas

Thanks to 2015's stripped down, microtransaction-filled R6: Siege, Rainbow Six is on the back foot right now, but in 2006 we were absolutely blown the F away by how incredibly progressive and unique Vegas felt.

By combining both standard first-person viewpoints with dynamic third-person changes for things like taking cover and executing environmental actions, it played into that sense of planning and executing tactics on the fly as you moved through the levels like no other game. Strategies and team commands could be changed up at the push of a button, and a range of vision modes brought about slick Splinter Cell comparisons as you effortlessly took out enemies one by one using a variety of items and fireams.

Rainbow Six has always been Ubisoft's most militaristic and unforgiving series (a few bullets and you're down for the count), but that's before you took the action online and saw how stupidly good people had got at perfecting every last one of its mechanics.

Siege might have been just 'fine' at a push, but can you imagine a Rainbow Six Vegas 3? Bring.that.ON.
