Another landmark RPG franchise that deserves far more mainstream recognition - especially seeing as many Final Fantasy fans yearn for a turn-based iteration in the main franchise - Shin Megami Tensei (or Persona in the west) has long been the gamer's choice for a fulfilling RPG, post-Final Fantasy X.

All we know about this Switch-exclusive entry in the franchise is, well, that it exists, and it's not a port of the otherwise celebrated Persona 5, which will be releasing on PS4, April 4th.

Centring on a troupe of high-schoolers who discover they can access parallel dimensions of monsters and summoned guardians (the titular Personas), the franchise resonates best if you're actually in high school or university yourself, but still offers a great blend of real-world responsibility and battling the otherworldly forces of evil.
