15 Most Disappointing Video Games Of 2015

9. WWE 2K16

Metacritic Score: 73 (PS4) If certainly an improvement over last year's disastrous entry and boasting one hell of a roster, WWE 2K16 is still a fairly uninspired entry into the series, characterised by an overall feeling of "been there, done that", even for the standards of an annualised sports game franchise. For one, the game still looks several years out of date visually: character models are all over the place, and the crowd is still as hilariously robotic as ever. The gameplay itself is paced too slowly to be truly fun, the ever-present glitches are still outrageously annoying, online play continues to be inconsistent at best (lag and server crashes are common), and the continued focus on nostalgia, fun though it is, somewhat undermines the "2K16" of the title. If you were burned by last year's game, this is better, but still not the barn-storming title everyone hoped for when 2K first acquired the WWE license.
