5. When All The Time Powers Finally Click - Quantum Break

Like its topsy-turvy, nonsensical plot, I'm putting Quantum Break in this 'Best Moments' list, right alongside it simultaneously being one of the Worst Games of 2016. How? Why? Because Remedy are a brilliant developer and have been stellar up until this point, but the story doesn't half fall completely apart by game's end.

As a result, you've got something that mechanically plays extremely well, yet is resigned to only short bursts - and therein lies the rub. For said bursts though, you're a time-bending superhero-badass, allowing you to freeze bullets in mid-air, time-force push enemies over balconies, sprint as fast as light and everything in between.

Once you get the hang of the controls you'll blitz through Quantum Break's tiny combat areas in seconds - the only downside is, the ending and all the baggage that comes with it is right around the corner.
