10. No Attempt Is Made To Fix Historic Problems - WWE 2K19

Why It Might Suck: The WWE 2K games are a monument to wasted potential, taking an awesome IP and lazily churning out low-effort, hilariously glitchy titles every year, so what reason is there to believe that Yuke's and Visual Concepts will do anything different for the 2K19 edition?

Why It Might Not: One of these days it's possible, albeit unlikely, that a WWE 2K game will surprise fans with its quality, if there's a change in creative leadership somewhere along the line, or WWE themselves finally makes an executive decision to change things up.

Will it be this year? Probably not, but it's at least a possibility, and that possibility is what fans will eagerly cling to when 2K trots out their annual list of dubious promises about the game improving upon what came before.
