18 Reasons 2018's Biggest Video Games Might Suck
4. It Gets Boring After An Hour - Nintendo Labo

Why It Might Suck: Nintendo's recently-announced Switch peripheral is nothing if not an inventive way to diversify the utility of the console-handheld hybrid, but like so many gaming gimmicks, how likely is it that Labo will boast enough content to keep kids and adults alike playing for hours on end?
This looks like a neat set of peripherals that'll be fun for a scattered 20 minutes each, but won't add up to an experience worth the prohibitively high asking price for what's effectively a few cardboard sheets and a game cart of presumably quite minimalist content.
Don't be surprised if Labo's creations quickly end up collecting dust, but at least being cardboard and all, they're easily disassembled.
Why It Might Not: Nintendo has been doing a lot right recently, and considering the clear thought that's been put into making these "Toy-Cons" interact with the Switch's infra-red sensor and HD rumble capabilities, perhaps there's greater longevity here than it first appears.
