James Bond 007: Agent Under Fire is a 2001 first-person shooter based on the story of the titular world-famous British spy.

The title is the lesser-known of the Bond games, but it doesn’t mean it’s any less fun or clever than its more popular counterparts. Being a Bond game, Agent Under Fire obviously contains references to the overall franchise, and some of them can be very subtle.

In the mission “Cold Reception," when you approach the piano in the lounge area, the game will play a short tune.

The music might sound a little familiar, and that’s because the piano plays the notes of the iconic Bond theme.

The simple piano melody sounds different to the more bombastic orchestral version of the original theme, but if you have ever watched a Bond movie, the reference is undeniable.

It’s a small thing, but most players can completely miss out on it by never coming close to the piano, and even then, they’re not guaranteed to know the theme, so it's still pretty satisfying to find this one and get the reference.
