Paradox's series has always been impressive to look at from afar, but the fourth entry is the first that welcomes in newcomers with open arms. It might be the most user-friendly Europa Universalis yet, but the latest entry is still tough for newcomers to get into. Thankfully, a good amount of spit and polish, along with a lot of rule clarification, has helped make the game a little less intimidating. Don't worry though, because the game still offers the same level of complex, sandbox strategy that fans of the series love.
