3. Breath of the Wild 2

No ifs, ands or buts - Breath of the Wild is the greatest Zelda game ever made, and its 5-years-in-the-making sequel should be even better. Apologies if that sounds a little hyperbolic, but if any game deserves breathless (badoom-tsh) enthusiasm than its this one.
The original BotW proved the foolishness of ever counting Nintendo out. After the staid traditionalism of Twilight Princess and the bizarre misfire that was Skyward Sword, it was beginning to look like Nintendo had run out of ideas for the Zelda franchise. Then Breath of the Wild came out and revealed itself to be not only the best Zelda ever, but also the best open world game.
Forgoing the tedious icon hunting and waypoint-following that had come to define the genre, BotW embraced the promise of open world games by letting players loose in a physics-driven fantasy playground whose quirks players are still stumbling across today.
Breath of the Wild was one of the games of this generation, and if its sequel comes anywhere close to it then it'll be a bolted on Game of the Year contender.
