20 Most Overrated Pokémon In History
5. Gliscor
Something about the appeal of being immune to both Electric and Ground type moves seems to appeal greatly to many players these days, and Gliscor is a common appearance for many teams. So few are used well however, and it's mightily easy to overcome a poorly-focussed Gliscor.
Since so many of the moves Gliscor will pick up focus themselves across a multitude of different types, it's easy to get into the habit of filling one with four moves that each carry a separate type. This is folly, however, as it means Gliscor's strengths are virtually ignored.
This is unavoidable as players have to make use of the likes of Night Slash and X-Scissor because it there are so few moves of its own type that it can actually learn. The only Ground attack Gliscor learns through levelling is Sand Attack, and the best it can learn outside of that is the underwhelming Bulldoze.
Gliscor can so easily be bettered by picking a Pokémon that actually suits its own type.
