Release Date: TBA October The Hype: Rumours have persisted over the last few weeks that Battlefield 5 will be set during World War I, a surprising move considering the contemporary setting of the recent games, and how few games have attempted to tackle The Great War. If nothing else, it'll hopefully be something different. Why It Might Suck: Though the WWI setting is sure to be divisive if true, the bigger hurdle is actually releasing the game with a steady launch. Who can forget Battlefield 4's atrocious start, where players on all platforms were saddled with massive netcode problems and performance issues for months after release? Considering that Battlefield Hardline also launched with its share of problems, should we really expect BF5 to have a smooth start right out of the gate? Again, maybe wait and see how critics and other players handle the launch before you throw your own money down.
