20 Reasons The Year's Biggest Video Games Might Suck
16. Batman: Arkham Knight Makes Batman Feel Over-Powered With The Batmobile
Release Date: June 23 The Hype: Rocksteady's third and apparently final entry into their Batman: Arkham series, as the Caped Crusader faces off against the Scarecrow and most of his rogues gallery, not to mention a new foe designed exclusively for the game, the armoured, Batman-like villain, the Arkham Knight. In addition, Bats also gets the use of the Batmobile for the first time in the series. Why It Might Suck: Though there's very little chance that Arkham Knight is an outright dud, it's possible that the inclusion of the Batmobile will unbalance the gameplay, resulting in an over-powered Batman who is able to plough through the game with ease. Of course, with the added fire-power of the vehicle, it's presumed that Rocksteady will have upped the difficulty of the enemies to boot, though nailing that balance is a fine art, and the appearance of Bats' iconic method of transportation could very well undo what made the dev's previous two games so much fun.
